If you missed the Jan.13 kick-off to the 2010 International Day of Italian Cuisine there’s still time.
Today’s the 14th and there’s a part II to this event that celebrates the regional cuisines of Italy. The finale is Jan.17 at the Italian Culinary Academy-462 Broadway, NYC/ www.italianculinaryacademy.com
Noted chefs include Mario Batale, Cesare Casella and Chicco Cerea, et.al. will present their creative interpretations of Italian dishes worth savoring.
