Columbus Day celebration

The annual Columbus Day celebration in NYC salutes Italian Heritage. This is the 68th parade under the auspices of the Columbus Citizens Foundation, a non-profit org. which actively promotes educational programs on a national level. ABC-TV will televise the parade, 12-3 p.m./EST.
Mario Gabelli,CEO of GAMCO Investors is the Grand Marshall. The parade and the entire Columbus day weekend in NYC endorses Italian-American leadership. Frank Fusaro is the CCF president for 2012-13.

The foundation also produce Italian Cultural programs throughout the year.

Robert L.Nardelli, CEO of XLR-8 LLC,
Gen.Raymond T.Odiero, COS, US Army, Anthony Scaramucci, of SkyBridge Capital,and Chief Joseph Esposito, NYPD, were also honored.
