The Breakers, The Colony, and Brazilian Court (the restaurant is now part of the Boulud “empire”) are all great and high end. However, there are plenty of ‘in’ spots known to the PB conoscenti that are great bargains and have “early bird” specials : Toojays, a great deli, Hamburger Heaven, devine hamburgers, Testa, Italian, and Green’s Luncheonetter, a favorite hangout of Rose Kennedy.
