He is the founding director of City Lore, an organization dedicated to fostering New York City – and America’s – living cultural heritage. His latest book is “The Poetry of Everyday Life: Storytelling and the Art of Awareness”.

Michael H. Glyn graduated from UCLA Film School; worked for 5 years in Hollywood at DesiLu as an editor, and then was a cameraman and editor in a US Government film unit, traveling widely. Michael has his own production company in New York City’s Greenwich Village.
